Rubeena Singh is the CEO of iProspect India, which is part of the Dentsu Aegis Network. iProspect India is the country’s premier and largest digital performance agency, driving business performance for blue chip clients. Rubeena brings with her a wide and deep industry experience of over 18 years across digital, print and broadcasting. Under her leadership, iProspect India has grown rapidly – it serves 100+ clients and employs 250 people. Rubeena’s strength lies in building and scaling up businesses and managing them successfully on the back of strong, motivated teams, business relationships and efficient processes. Prior to this role, Rubeena was the Chief Operating Officer of, wherein she spearheaded business strategy, marketing, sales, operations and P&L. During her stint here, she launched their first chat bot in India, collaborated with Bosch for Jaguar’s car app and launched the smartwatch app. As a result of her work,’s mobile app won best app at the Mobile World Congress. In her 12-year stint with Network18, she has held various senior positions across its print and TV properties including Forbes India, CNBC TV18, CNBC Awaaz, CNN News 18 and News18 India. Before joining Network18, Rubeena spent four years at Star TV India, where she had the opportunity to work across brands of the STAR bouquet – STAR Plus, Star News, NGC, Channel V, which included re-launch of Channel-V and Star News Hindi. Rubeena has represented the business at various forums as a speaker and panelist. She is also a jury member for some of the most distinguished awards in the country. Under her leadership, iProspect India has won 35 industry awards in 2017 – ‘Agency of the Year’ at IAMAI Digital Awards and the Google Partner Award in the mobile category amongst many others. Apart from her work in the digital marketing space, Rubeena is known for her efforts to encourage women leadership – empower and encourage women to take on leadership roles and eventually break the glass ceiling. She was invited to speak at a conference hosted by Google in the United States on the subject. She has also initiated efforts for a DAN India and iProspect India Women Council to take this further. Rubeena has completed her Masters in Statistics from Mumbai University.
